[Tails-dev] Please test feature/unsafe-browser

Hi,

As promised feature/unsafe-browser now implements an unsafe,
non-anonymous browser [1] (which is intended for captive portal
login/registration). At the moment it doesn't have the scary theme. Stay
tuned...

For now it has to be run with:

    sudo unsafe-browser
