Thanks. I merged it by hand into our devel Git branch.
Please note I had to work around / fix a few issues, which was fine
with me, but let me explain these so that it does not happen again:
0. The patch does not apply cleanly against current devel Git branch.
Please make sure that, in the future, you supply patches that we
can apply without manual copy'n'pasting.
1. In every .po header, you need to replace "CHARSET" with "UTF-8":
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8
2. There's at least one URL that was translated to:

This page does not exist as the Russian language is currently not
enabled on our website (yet?), so I changed the URL to point to the
English page, keeping your translation of the link text.
