Pushed 2 dedicated branches:
- feature/panel: move the language selection widgets to mimic a panel.
Not finished but probably mergeable in master if needed;
- feature/nogtkme: start of an attempt to get rid of gtkme. It is a work
in progress that is not interesting now but to continue developpement.
