Hrm... I'm not sure your proposal is taking into account that our
devel branch is not an experimental playground, but rather something
meant to become a Tails stable release at some point. According to
this proposal, completed by the lines you wrote bellow, we would not
be able to get a Tails major release out during the [ first beta,
stable release ] time span, which does not seem reasonable to me.
