in order to make it easier for me and others to test the MAT code,
I'd like to package it for Debian (I mean publishing a Git branch with
a debian/ directory in it).
I don't see the usual distutils setup.py in your source tree.
Do you intend to add it / could you please add it?
This would make my task much easier, and would additionally document
the program dependencies.
