The latest I heard, the toolchain needed to transition to testing
before the Objective-C transition could begin. Once the new
Objective-C is available on all platforms in unstable, we can upload
theunarchiver there.

According to the backports FAQ, packages should be in testing before
being uploaded to squeeze-backports. If someone would like to check
with the backports list for an exception, I'd be happy to upload it
there first.
