posto che ognuno e` libero di interpretarla come vuole, a me suona piuttosto come il classico monito a dichiararsi pubblicamente "non-violenti" per evitare a monte di farsi infiltrare da chi (governi, potentati vari) ha tutto l'interesse a stringere il collo a chi dissente.
