I indeed read that in mime.types:
application/pgp-signature pgp
On the other hand, OpenPGP != GnuPG. This can be considered as a bug
in mime.types if, and only if, this MIME type appeared *after* GnuPG.
I'm not sure of that. GnuPG might have decided to get its own personal
preferences without respecting established standards, who knows.

I don't like "Tails' key", that tend to make you think it's the only
one. I prefer "Tails signing key" very much.

Why not, as long as it gracefully degrades, but I know you would not
proposing something that would not :) The "toggle" ikiwiki plugin
might be what you need to implement it.
