Great!
Why using <strong> instead of <h2>?
Since all four "how to burn" links point to the same page, that (being
offline, I can only bet) has its own TOC, I'd rather replace these
four links with one that makes it clear it works for all these systems.

Content is great. Glad to see you preserved translations while
renaming.
Regarding namespace issues, I'd rather have
doc/installing_onto_a_usb_stick/linux
and
doc/installing_onto_a_usb_stick/windows
rather than usb-install-for-linux and usb-install-for-windows. If
going this way, the doc/installing_onto_a_usb_stick/ root page shall
at least contain only a [[!map ...]] directive to list the sub-pages.
Note than underscores (_) are translated from/into spaces when used in a
wikilink (e.g. [[installing onto a usb stick]] and
[[installing_onto_a_usb_stick]]) work and are rendered the same, while
it's not the case for hyphens (-). For this reason, our website's
non-internal pages currently only use underscores I think. I'd rather
see this consistency preserved.

Does it preserve our custom syslinux config and background image?
