Fixed in Git: lists.debian.org was replaced with ssl.scroogle.org;
those interested in details might want to read the message for Git
commit 0eba96cb1c44eba.
So it seems to me there is no more blocker for the release on the HTP
front. Nor anywhere else AFAIK.
Time to run RC3 is run against every test suite item, it seems :)
