Autor: Tommaso Vitale Data: A: ML movimenti Bicocca Assumpte: [movimenti.bicocca] Message from the ECPR on the ECPR Press
> >
> Dear Convenors of the ECPR Standing Groups,
>
> We are writing with regard to the ECPR Press.
>
> As you know, the Press is expanding the scope of its publications. In particular, we have started a series on ‘New Research’, which comprises edited volumes that either open up new lines of research in the discipline, or synthesise work done through collective research projects at either national or international level.
>
> We are keen to promote publications that emerge from collective work and research networks such as those promoted by the ECPR Standing Groups. We would therefore be grateful if you could draw to the attention of the members of your own Standing Group the attached document on the Aims and Scope of the Press. This can also be found in the new Press webpage, at: http://www.ecprnet.eu/ecprpress/ >
> We would also like to point out that the Sections and Panels of the ECPR General conferences are often a good starting point for book projects and proposals. We would therefore encourage the convenors of both Sections and Panels to contact us if they wish to discuss the possibility of these meetings developing into a book project.
>
> One or both the Press editors are normally at ECPR events, but it is always advisable to contact us in advance, so that a proper meeting can be arranged to discuss proposals in person.
>
> We also welcome proposals that emerge from the general networking activities done through the Standing Groups, so we would be happy to hear directly from you, if you have any idea about possible publications.
>
> We would be grateful of you could circulate this message and the attachment to the other members of your Standing Group.
>
> Many thanks for your help.
>
> Best wishes,
