Lungi dall'avermi convinto della "totale innocenza" di Apple nella
congiura attuata dalle major discografiche, la lettera (?) sopra citata
contiene qualche ca**ata...

Non mi sembra che le major si siano avventate contro questi altri
distributori di musica online per via degli "usage rights" che
offrivano...

Come dire, Apple a 90 e dietro le varie major a turno ;)
La domanda nasce spontanea: ma chi e' a dare i dollari a Apple? Le major
o gli utenti? A chi risponde davvero Apple?

Vogliamo mettere a confronto un brano protetto dal drm di apple contro
un ogg sotto licenza creative commons? Spero solo che Jobs non
intendesse dire che i brani in formato aperto e con licenza tipo cc sono
illegali... ;)

Fiko, ma fino ad oggi cosa abbiamo fatto?
Chicca finale: ma se fossi un utente rispettoso delle regole, e mi fossi
speso un capitale per acquistare musica da apple, e dopodomani invece
apple iniziasse a vendere quella stessa musica in versione "liberata"...
non avrei forse diritto a richiedere una sorta di "conversione"?
Ad ogni modo aspetto con grande curiosita' le prossime mosse :)
