The Intute service was launched on Thursday 13th July 2006. Intute
is the new face of the Resource Discovery Network (RDN), and is a
free national service enabling lecturers, researchers and students to
discover and access quality Internet resources. Intute exists to
advance education and research by promoting the most intelligent use
of the Internet.

Intute: Social Sciences has been created by bringing together two of
the Hubs of the Resource Discovery Network: Altis and SOSIG. The new
service provides information and tools to help you access the best of
the Web in the social sciences, including law, business, hospitality,
sport and tourism.

Please come and visit the new service to see the changes that have
taken place. If you currently have links to the Altis or SOSIG
services from your own site and/or publications please update these
to point to the new Intute: Social Sciences service at:
