ABIERTO EL PLAZO DE PROPUESTA DE ACTIVIDADES PARA EL II FORO SOCIAL MUNDIAL DE LAS MIGRACIONES
La Comisión Española de Ayuda al Refugiado (CEAR), el Servicio de la Pastoral de los Migrantes y el Grito de los Excluidos de Brasil y el Ayuntamiento de Rivas-Vaciamadrid le invitan a participar de manera activa en la preparación del II Foro Social Mundial de las Migraciones con la propuesta de actividades autogestionadas.
Las organizaciones que deseen participar en la definición de los contenidos del Foro con el objetivo de crear redes internacionales de organizaciones que trabajan en el ámbito de las migraciones puede enfocar sus sugerencias hacia estos ejes temáticos: impacto de la Globalización, derechos, movimientos migratorios y regulación de flujos, asilo y refugio, modelos de convivencia, políticas públicas, exclusión social, codesarollo y comunicación.
En este sentido, pueden proponer tres tipos de espacios de trabajo.
a) Seminarios: su finalidad es permitir la identificación, elaboración y profundización de materias específicas de los ejes temáticos. Las organizaciones inscritas podrán proponer temas y ponentes que se irán integrando en los distintos seminarios o en los seminarios autogestionados.
b) Talleres: serán un espacio de encuentro con cauces de participación activa de todos los asistentes. Los contenidos serán eminentemente prácticos y dirigidos al intercambio y planificación de experiencias, estrategias y actuaciones concretas. Serán una oportunidad para presentar acciones presentes y futuras y para la formación de nuevas redes.
c) Actividades culturales: Por otro lado el Foro Social Mundial de las Migraciones invita a todas las organizaciones sociales, inscritas o no inscritas como participantes en el Foro, a proponer actividades culturales autogestionadas: actuaciones musicales, arte callejero, cine, exposiciones, etc. que tendrán lugar en los espacios físicos del Foro.

La Commission espagnole d'Aide au Réfugié (CEAR), le Service Pastoral des Migrants, le Cri des Exclus du Brésil et la Mairie de Rivas-Vaciamadrid vous invitent à prendre part de manière active à la préparation du II Forum Social Mondial des Migrations en proposant des activités autogérées. Les organisations qui souhaitent participer à la définition des contenus du Forum dans le but de créer de nouveaux réseaux internationaux dans le cadre des migrations peuvent présenter leurs suggestions à l´intérieur des axes thématiques suivants : impact de la globalisation, droits, mouvements migratoires et régulation des flux, asile et réfugiés, « vivre ensemble », politiques publiques, exclusion sociale, codéveloppement et communication.
En ce sens, vous pouvez proposer trois types d'espaces de travail :

Les contenus seront éminemment pratiques et auront pour principal objectif l'échange d´expériences, de stratégies et d´activités concrètes. Ils seront une occasion de présenter des actions présentes et futures et de participer à la formation de nouveaux réseaux.
C) Activités culturelles : D'autre part le Forum Social Mondial des Migrations invite à toutes les organisations sociales, inscrites ou non inscrites, à proposer des activités culturelles autogérées: activités musicales, art ambulant, cinéma, expositions, etc. qui auront lieu dans le cadre du Forum.

OPEN REGISTRATION OF ACTIVITY PROPOSALS FOR THE II WORLD SOCIAL FORUM ON MIGRATIONS
The Spanish Commission for Refugees (Comisión Española de Ayuda al Refugiado, CEAR),the Servicio de la Pastoral de los Migrantes, the Grito de los Excluidos de Brazil and the City Hall of Rivas-Vaciamadrid have the pleasure of inviting you to be an active participant in the preparation of the II World Social Forum on Migration by proposing self-managed activities
Organizations wishing to participate in defining the content of the Forum with the objective of creating international networks of organizations working in the field of migrations, can focus their suggestions on the following thematic axis: Impact of Globalization, rights, migration movements and flows regulations, migration and asylum, coexistence models, public policies, social exclusion, co-development and communication.
According to these guidelines, there are three types of working ways that you could propose:
a) Seminars: Their aim is to allow the identification, elaboration and deepening of specific tasks of the thematic axis. The organizations which are subscribed could propose topics and speakers which will be integrated in de different seminars or in the self-managed seminars.
b) Workshops: they will be a meeting point with active involvement of all the participants. Contents will be mostly practical and aiming Exchange and planning, strategies and specific activities. They will be an opportunity to introduce present and future actions for the creation of new networks.
c) Cultural activities: On the other hand, the World Social Forum on Migrations invites all social organizations, whether or not they are subscribed as participants in the Forum, to propose self manager cultural activities: concerts, street art, cinema, expositions, etc. Those will take place in the spaces of the Forum.
