The real Tulsa cyclist you all should see is Paul Tay. he ran for mayor and was going to add bike lanes (there is only one right now). So to prove his point he rode his bike on the highway blocking traffic and burning tickets from the police. I tried to interview him, but he is hard to keep tabs on. Now he rides with a 5 foot plastic penis on a trailer. Tulsa can be a funny place.
