You can grab music, like full CD albums, and games & movies. I bookmarked about 5 pages of dvd movies I wanted. Already started downloading them.
You have to see these guys' collection - it's wild.
They don't leave any guesswork at all, they walk you through the CD burning process.
My favorite part is the movies area, theres movies listed in here for download that are still in theaters - plump crazy :)
