In una società in rapida trasformazione, la questione culturale assume priorità e importanza sempre maggiori.
Le associazioni sono chiamate a un ruolo importante di comprensione dei fenomeni socio-culturali e della progettazione di pezzi di futuro.
Gli Enti Locali possono e devono sostenere lassociazionismo in modo aperto e disinteressato, accogliendone la carica utopica e valorizzando gli apporti. Essi sono il punto dincontro delle istanze dellinsieme della comunità e delle risorse pubbliche disponibili.
Possono quindi:
-bilanciare le priorità, valorizzando gli apporti qualitativi dellassociazionismo culturale;
-dare spazio, oltre che alle grandi operazioni-spettacolo, anche alle PICCOLE OCCASIONI autenticamente culturali, utilizzando al meglio le risorse umane presenti in forma di volontariato;
-cercare di sanare i conflitti allinterno delle associazioni.
- favorire lassociazionismo culturale, spesso penalizzato rispetto a quello sportivo o ricreativo.
