Milan is going to host the next round of Kyoto neg=
otiations (COP9),
taking place in the industrial capital of Italy in 1-1=
2 december 2003.
Over 10.000 people are expected to arrive in Milan, gov=

representatives, lobbists, delegates from ONG, environmentalist=

A large mobilization is planned for saturday the 6th of december,=0D

claiming for a STOP IN GLOBAL WAR(M). A considerable number of
cycloacti=
vists will arrive in Milan by bicycle, for an act of massive
oil deserti=
on. The idea is to let governement representatives know that
they should=
forget about moving by car in those days and choose light
transportatio=
n instead. We will try and make their decision easier by simply
creating=
a massive and colorful traffic jam. Everybody is invited to
join in. Th=
ere will be large accomodation facilites. If you wish us to
