Cari amici e colleghi,
durante le assise della "Commissione Internazionale d'Inchiesta per la =
salvaguardia dei diritti fondamentali nella globalizzazione" che si sono =
tenute con grande successo a Barcellona il 25 e 26 aprile scorsi si =E8 =
deciso di dare un forte impulso all'attivit=E0 del Legal Team Europeo a =
partire dal summit del g8 di Evian (1,2,3 giugno).
Le linee guida del Legal Team, nato per iniziativa dell'AED (Avvocati =
Europei Democratrici), sono contenute nel rapporto presentato da Anne =
Maesschalk che potete leggere sul sito
www.globaldr.org.
Il Legal Team =E8 aperto prima di tutto agli avvocati ma anche a =
militanti interessati ad una attivit=E0 comune in difesa del diritto di =
manifestare liberamente.
E' stata creata una mailing list per farne uno strumento di riflessione =
e di organizzazione dell'attivit=E0 in vista delle prossime scadenze =
(Evian ma anche Thessalonica intorno al 20 giugno). E' fissata una =
riunione a Ginevra per il 17 maggio.
Tutti gli avvocati ed i militanti interessati a partecipare a questo =

Dear friends and collegues
During the meeting of the "International Committee of Inquiry to Protect =
Basic Human Rights in the face of Globalization" held in Barcellona on =
april 25th and 26th we have decided to give a strong impulse to the =
activity of the European Legal Team since the g8 summit of Evian =
(1st,2nd,3rd june).
The Legal Team's principles, an organisation founded by AED (Eropean =
Democratic Lawyers), are content in the report presented by Anne =
Maesschalk that you can read on the site
www.globaldr.org.
The Legal Team is open first of all to the advocates and also to the =
militants interested in a common work for the defense of the right of =
demonstrate freely.
We have created a mailing list that should be a tool of reflection and =
organisation of our activity for the deadline of Evian but also for =
Thessaloniki (june 20th). We have fixed a meeting in Geneva on may 17th.
All the advocates and the militants who are interested in joining this =
work can contact me in order to be enrolled in the mailing-list.
