La richiesta dell'amministrazione comunale di Lecce di pesanti sanzioni =
pecuniarie verso un collettivo studentesco pacifista per aver segnato la =
piazza S.Oronzo con dei gessetti =E8 un attacco grave e frontale ai =
movimenti per la pace e alla libert=E0 di manifestazione, espressione, =
associazione. L'attacco ai diritti costituzionali =E8 espresso anche =
dalla ambigua ordinanza con cui si vuol colpire un presunto abusivismo =
di locandine e manifesti, equiparandoli a pubblicit=E0 commerciale, =
mentre spesso si tratta di appuntamenti musicali, culturali, =
associativi, di manifestazioni politiche e sindacali. Invitiamo chiunque =
venga sanzionato per questi motivi pretestuosi ad opporsi per vie =
legali, noi stessi provvederemo a fornire assistenza legale gratuita a =
qualsiasi associazione spontanea pacifista che venga a trovarsi ad =
essere colpita dai provvedimenti antidemocratici di questa =
amministrazione.
