Subject: [Tails-testers] Nothing is working to get 3.12.1 to work on my laptop.

I'm using a HP 15-BW011DX and a SanDisk Cruzer 16gb USB drive. I've tried
to install different ways but nothing is working. I'm using 3.11, that's
the only thing that works. Please try to help any way possible. Thanks!
