[Tails-l10n] Release schedule for Tails 2.7

Hi!

I'll be the release manager for Tails 2.7.

Here's the release schedule:

- 2016-11-05: all branches for 2.7 must be merged by 6pm CEST
- 2016-11-06: build and upload the ISO image
- 2016-11-07: test suite
- 2016-11-08: release

Usual testers, please let me know (privately) about your availability
for testing the ISO on:

  - 2016-11-07: all day
  - 2016-11-08: until 6pm CEST, in case we did not complete the test
    suite the day before
