[Tails-l10n] Weblate reviewer status

Hello, Weblate say I don't have enough rights to save translations.

According to the upgoing Weblate documentation
(https://redmine.tails.boum.org/code/issues/11763#note-25) I need to
request the reviewer status here.

Do you think I did enough translations to have this status? :)
