Please start a version of Tails that works for you (e.g. 3.8),
run the following command in a terminal:
lspci -d::0300 -nn
… and send us the output.
Then, maybe your graphics cards is listed there with a workaround:
https://tails.boum.org/support/known_issues/graphics/
If any of these workaround works for you, please let us know :)
Finally, it may be worth retrying with 3.9~rc1 in "Troubleshooting
mode".
