It's because this ISO image is only for testing purposes and people
shouldn't trust it for anything else. Also, on our side signing image is
quite a bit of work, due to how we handle the private part of the Tails
signing key.
If you're happier with a HTTPS link hosted by cool people, maybe you can
download it from the mirror run by:
- kernel.org:
