[Tails-l10n] (discuss)[de] German glossary

There was some discussion about adding a Tails specific glossary some
time ago. I the beginnings of such a glossary in commit

available in the git repository at:

It only contains 3 translations so far flapflap, muri, and spriver will
probably have some other terms to add.
