[Tails-ux] Uninstalling Tails or resetting a USB stick or SD…

Had to reset a test USB Stick and came across this [0] which helped a
lot :)

Use them or extract text instructions from them, it is up to you.

Tails instructions [1] could be moved to the main page [0] to lighten
things up.
