the *tentative* ISO for Tails 1.4.1 is available:

It has already passed our automated test suite, but *not* our manual
testing. Please test it wildly!
Note that this is *not* the final release yet: if we discover any
issue, we may have to rebuild the ISO, so beware not to get confused.
If any such rebuild happens, I'll notify this mailing list.
