The link now works under
> 'Tips, notes, cautions, bugs, and next'

but still .../stable/ which loads '403 Forbidden' under
> 'Follow the GNOME Documentation Style Guide' and
> 'Use title capitalization rules from Wikipedia'

And the [DocBook tags] link under
> 'CSS formating for GUI documentation'
has dissapeared.
