When checking the signature of the nightly UEFI builds for testing is
it normal for them to display a BAD signature from Jenkins? I've
reviewed the process for publishing:

I was unsure if this is only for the stable releases--as that process
seems it should generate a signature with the tails signing key. When
verifying the signature of the nightly build(s) over the last two days
I receive an error that there is a Bad Signature from Jenkins due to an
artifact signing key. Is this normal?
