The release candidate for Tails 1.0 will be out in a few minutes. You
may want to have a look at the state of its translations while running.
Also, it's announcement will soon be pushed to the 'master' branch of
the Tails main Git repository. The translation files are:
wiki/src/news/test_1.0-rc1.*.po
New translation work for the 1.0 release should be done in the 'stable'
branch of the Tails main Git repository. Note that outside the website,
very few strings have been added or changed since Tails 0.23. In case
it's helpful, here's a diffstat for most (if not all) website changes
since 0.23 but some of them are probably already translated:
