Hi,

the feature/6489-i18n-upgrader-launcher branch fixes #6489 (Make Tails
Upgrader .desktop-file translatable). Candidate for 0.23, assigned to
the RM (anonym) for QA. Please review'n'merge into devel, nothing to
do at the APT level.
