I've not seen this problem yet, but I assume it could happen in the
wild, in some cases, due to some race condition.
So, I've simply changed our configuration (in our FF24 + Torbutton
1.6.x branch) to use the same Tor SOCKS port as the TBB (9151) for the
Tails web browser. This should be enough to avoid being affected by
this problem, right?
