doing an action on the 7th of oct. in the shopping
centre of Zaandam
(near
Amsterdam) to inform and mobilize the public on the
two newly build
detention boats in the Zaandam harbour. The
construction of cheap
detention boats for migrants is the new policy in the
Netherlands
leading
to more violation of human rights. There was an
occupation of the boats
on
the 27th of January
(

). The local population has clearly been mislead by
politicians and the
ministry of Justice with a shameless criminalization
of migrant
detainees.
The independent inquiry on the Schiphol fire of last
26th of November
when
11 migrants lost their life is about to be released.
There will be
commemoration gatherings at different migrant prison
gates in the whole
country on the 26th of November.
