Huge number of changes and updates.
This one now has pulse coming up at startup. It includes a new gnash-plugin
that works with youtube! :) Audio is sent via pulse-->jack So non-jack
applications can now just pass through pulseaudio. Pulseaudio isn't anywhere as
reliable as jack though.
