I was able to get it to stutter twice on a 701 while playing music, video
camera in background, doing a `dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/zero` (but as root, so
it got higher priority) while simultaneously doing the installation from the
USB key to the internal drive. Even then it is hard to trigger a mili-pause,
but not impossible. It is small enough that it doesn't cause an xrun.
sound in kdenlive may have broke here, with a new update. He's done lots of
commits today so I'm rebuilding. I still am crufting it thru pulseaudio until I
can figure out why i can't "find" xine/jack/phonon.

This image gets some final tweaks to the audio to make it even more robust.
First it gives the sound card's IRQ realtime priority, and rearranges the
others a bit. It also runs a new script which sets the PCI latency, basically
giving the sound card the highest priority on the PCI bus. Even on a lowly 701
with the mirror on, doing `dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/null` to flood the bus and
ctrl-alt-arrowing around like mad to bog down the system as much as possible
and the music doesn't stutter at all. :)

Remove language groups from comps.xml. Also, restore various gstreamer-*
plugins
since gstreamer gets installed due to deps, we might as well have it have as
